福船一帆承接的豪氏威马4000吨级海上桅杆式 起重机吊臂顺利完工交付
2022年4月15日，在福建福船一帆新能源装备制造有限公司码头举行“豪氏威马4000吨级海上桅杆式起重机吊臂”完工交付仪式，福船一帆邀请豪氏威马（中国）以及项目业主等相关单位领导、嘉宾共同见证。
On April 15, 2022, the Completion and Delivery Ceremony of "Huisman 4000T Offshore Mast Crane Boom Project" was held in quay of Fujian Fuchuan Yifan New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. Fuchuan Yifan invited the leaders and guests of Huisman （China） and its client, and other relevant companies to witness the ceremony.
豪氏威马一直被誉为全球海工装备行业的引领者，总部位于荷兰斯希丹，以设计建造海上重型起重设备、铺管设备、钻井设备闻名于世。豪氏威马4000吨级海上桅杆式起重机是配套于海上风电大型浮吊船的重要装备，该装备将应用于海上风电场建设工作，其起重机吊臂由福船一帆承接制作，吊臂臂长82米、高6米、重520吨，采用STE 690超高强度调质结构钢（强度级别在690MPa以上）制作。该类型钢材具有强度高、冷裂纹敏感系数大、焊接工艺参数分布范围狭窄等特点，对于焊接要求十分苛刻，其研究和发展向来是业内广为关注的焦点。
Huisman Group, headquartered in Schiedam, the Netherlands, is known as the leader of worldwide offshore equipment industry, specializing in the design and construction of offshore heavy lift equipment, pipelay equipment, drilling equipment. Huisman 4000 ton offshore mast crane is an important equipment part to floating crane vessel for offshore wind industry. The crane boom is fabricated by Fuchuan Yifan, with a length of 82 meters, a height of 6 meters and a weight of 520 tons, and use the STE 690 ultra high strength quenching and tempering steel, which strength level is above 690MPa. This kind of steel has the characteristics of high strength, high cold crack sensitivity coefficient, narrow welding parameters distribution range, etc., which is very demanding for welding. Its research and development has always been the focus in the industry.
